Yoga and Diet Therapy for Obesity

Yoga is the best choice in controlling obesity & maintaining the body fit and healthier also considered as most important physical activity in reducing the Obesity. Diet treatments for Obesity include fad diets, formulated diets, very-low-energy diets (VLCD) and conventional diets. Fad diets possible to reduce some weight in short-term; however long-term use there is no scientific basis. Formulated diets are also suitable individuals but need to be properly assessed professionally. Some specific guidelines used in VLCD, They are only appropriate for short-term use.
